A few things to keep in mind:

1. On keto, your body burns alcohol for fuel before anything else, so drink in moderation to prevent weight loss stalls.
2. Most keto dieters require much less alcohol to become intoxicated, so use caution.
3. Alcohol is a depressant that also tends to lower inhibitions (like mindless snacking of higher-carb items).
4. Eat a healthy keto meal before consuming alcohol to help offset its effects.

And remember, though these keto alcohol drinks may be low carb, please be sure to enjoy responsibly!
