A few things to keep in mind:
- On keto, your body burns alcohol for fuel before anything else, so drink in moderation to prevent weight loss stalls.
- Most keto dieters require much less alcohol to become intoxicated, so use caution.
- Alcohol is a depressant that also tends to lower inhibitions (like mindless snacking of higher-carb items).
- Eat a healthy keto meal before consuming alcohol to help offset its effects.
- Find out how to tell if you’re in ketosis with these common signs!
And remember, though these keto alcoholic drinks may be low carb, please be sure to enjoy them responsibly!

You’re SO welcome, Blanca! Glad this is helpful!
I am depressed that none of the options are whiskey or bourbon. I’m really missing my Manhattans. 🙁
Whiskey is keto
whiskey and crystal light lemonade -= whiskey sour
personally, I prefer WalMart sugar free lemonade for taste.
Tequila & sugar free limeade, or easier, the lemonade above and lotsa lime juice
I need to double check my white claws…I believe they have 2g of carbs and 2g of sugars ? Great post though!
Yes if you zoom in on the whiteclaw pic it says 2g of carbs on the box.
This list just made us so happy!!
Hi there Carol! I’m so glad to hear that you are enjoying these drinks. ❤
This is a fantastic list! I recently started using True Grapefruit and True Orange packets to get more of those flavors in my beverages. One packet of True Orange in a glass of champagne equals a Mimosa. I also use a pack of True grapefruit to make a Paloma, as well. 🙂
Thanks for the tips! Glad you are loving this list! Enjoy!
