We Tried 7 Yummy Flavors of Guy Gone Keto Condiments (+ Exclusive Promo Code!)

If you’re like me, you’re always on the hunt for flavorful keto-friendly condiments that aren’t packed with a ton of added sugars. I recently had the chance to try the new Guy Gone Keto Sauces and wanted to share my thoughts if you’re looking to sauce up your next low carb dish!

Here’s what I thought about each of the Guy Gone Keto sauces…

Ketchup

This was hands down my favorite of all of the sauces I tried! It had a nice smooth flavor without a weird after taste. This would be great to pair with our keto rutabaga fries or to add as a topping on our keto stuffed burger!

Spicy Garlic Ketchup

I didn’t like this one as much as the others. I felt like there was too much of a strong punch of garlic after taste. However, my boys really liked this on their burgers so it may be just a personal taste thing and a great option for garlic lovers. I think this one would go well with our jicama fries as they have more of a muted flavor and this would really kick them up a notch.

Spicy BBQ Sauce

I love, love, love spicy things so this one was a home run for me! This would be great to pair with our Instant Pot pulled pork recipe. Make some keto buns and you’ll have a perfect low-carb spicy pulled pork sandwich! 😋

BBQ Sauce

This sauce had a nice smoky flavor but it wasn’t as sweet as I was hoping for. Those who love a more robust BBQ will enjoy this sauce, but I think it would be great to add just a tiny bit of Swerve to it and use it as a dip for our crunchy keto chicken tenders.

Steak Sauce

I’m a big fan of A1 sauce and this sauce is such a delicious option for all of you steak lovers. There is a pepper flavor to this sauce that packs a strong punch, it’s like a party in your mouth! Cook a juicy steak in your air fryer and slather this yummy sauce all over it.

Teriyaki Sauce

This sauce is so good! It would be great to put on some grilled chicken and broccoli for a yummy Asian inspired keto meal. I bet it would be great on our keto beef & broccoli dish as well!

Thai Chili Sauce

I am a fan of this flavorful Thai chili sauce as I always love a sauce that brings the heat! This is another sauce that would be great to toss in a pan of chicken and veggies, or over our sesame noodles!
