It’s not often you come across keto food gems like these, especially when they’re so versatile and affordable! The one and only ingredient is Jicama, so you don’t have to worry about any weird additives or suspicious ingredients. Yay for clean keto eating!
These wraps are ideal for so many different meals and they just make simple foods more exciting! I’m a huge fan of loaded bowl type meals where multiple proteins and toppings are combined, but I love the idea of throwing all of those ingredients in a jicama wrap when I’m in the mood for a little more texture.
Keto-friendly jicama wraps are affordable and delicious!
Each pack of Trader Joe’s Jicama Wraps runs about $3.99 and has 12 wraps per package – so just 33¢ per wrap. That’s much more affordable than Folios cheese wraps which often cost around $5-$6 and only have 4 wraps per package.
Here’s why Collin loves these keto-friendly wraps from Trader Joe’s –
“These jicama wraps are SOOOOOOO awesome! I love the taste of these, and how they easily hold all of the fixings – taco meat, cheese, and even additional veggies. I am super impressed – probably one of my fave veggies wraps ever! I also like not having to do a cheese wrap for a change. Oh and I love the crunch of these jicama wraps, too.” – Collin

I’m kind of in love with Trader Joe’s Jicama Wraps. It’s not often you find CHEAP keto products like these and they are as low-carb as it gets. They have such a unique and refreshing texture and taste, and it really does compliment so many different foods. If you’ve got a Trader Joe’s nearby, you’ve got to get yourself some of these!” – Taylor, Hip sidekick
Did you see these keto foods you can only get at Trader Joe’s?!
I haven’t seen these. Thanks!
You’re welcome, Lisa! Hope you find them soon!
Looove these!
Yay! Glad to hear it, Karen! 🙌
Do you use them cold. Or warm them up?
Hi Heather! I didn’t heat mine up, but the taco filling I added was warm. I think they could be warmed up in the microwave for just a few seconds. I personally don’t mind them cold. Hope this helps!
So bummed…called my Trader Joe’s as soon as I saw this and They told me it’s only available on the West Coast! Guess us New Yorkers will have to wait awhile!
Hi Gina! Dang I’m so sorry to hear💔 Maybe they will hit your shelves sooner than later!🤞
I am in Albany, NY. My local Trader Joe’s just started selling these awesome wraps which are good with everything.
Hi Brien! So glad you got them. I love the freshness and the crunch you get from them too❤
Can you heat them up ?
Yes! You can heat them up in a skillet or microwave!
Get a good mandolin and make them yourself. It’s super easy.
They’re available in NJ now!
Where in NJ PLEASE!!! Please email me lshermanappel@gmail.com. Thanks
They have them here in the D.C. suburbs!
Found them in Stamford Connecticut today! By the lettuce in the refrigerated section. They are pretty good. Pan seared mine with some cheese 😁
I just found them here in NY!
Got them in NJ last week!
The Albany, NY location has these.
Hi there Cassie! I’m so glad you found them🙌
They told me this as well around the same time as you posted this – but this last week – they showed up in Virginia at my Trader Joe’s and I’m in love!!!
They’re on Long Island, NY. If you can find them,,, they sell out 1, 2, 3.
I just purchased them in Cherry Hill NJ yesterday!
I live in Jacksonville, FL and have definitely seen them in our store.
That’s not true. I buy them and I’m in New Yerk.
Where can you get these wraps online?
Hi there Kelly! Although we have not tried other brands, there are similar options available on Amazon. You can also check your local grocery stores. Unfortunately this specific brand is only available at Trader Joes. Hope this helps❤
Whete are these in the store?
Hi Amy! They are available in the refrigerated section. Generally by the vegetables. Hope this helps❤
So sad. Made a 80 mile trek to Trader Joe’s for the wraps only to be informed they only sell them on the west coast. Hopefully Trader Joe’s will get wise to midwest people on keto.
Oh bummer! I’m so sorry to hear they didn’t have them at your store. Hoping you were able to grab some other great Keto finds while you were there!
Lol, I would have called first to make they had them before driving that far!
I live in Virginia and they have them at my Trader Joe’s. I bought them 3 days ago.
Maybe check again. We have them in the Chicago suburbs
I buy them and I’m in New York
Not at my TJ’s I asked.
I love these – had them with a Vietnamese marinated chicken, and cilantro tonight. SO good, love the crunch. And under 10 calories for each wrap. Pondering what else to fill them with. I’m thinking cones filled with smoked salmon, red onion and dill sauce. Or tuna salad. Or the Asian chicken that goes in lettuce cups. Anything where that slightly sweet crunch is welcome.
YUM! Great ideas, Kay Jay! Happy you are loving the wraps!
How wide are the wraps?
Hi Kelli! They are fairly small, around 6-8 inches. Hope this helps💕
Yessssssss !! Thanks guys these are great! Please let everyone know that they now have them on the East Coast! I live in Philly! I think we harassed the store managers so much they were on a mission to get them for us hip2keto people! Thanks!
Hi Christine! That is so awesome! I’m glad they finally have them❤
I’m in Arlington, VA, my TJs has them! They are the best new keto product I’ve come across lately! YUM!!
Oh good! Happy you have enjoyed them too! Thanks for commenting!
Are the trader Joe jacama wraps available in Canada? I live on the west coast.
Hi Marguerite! You could always call in to your location to be sure before heading out. Hope that helps!
I have just 1 question. What is the list of ingredients?
Hi Lois! When checking the back of the package it seems the only ingredient listed is the Jicama. 😊
Jicama…that’s all
Have you tried freezing these? My Trader Joe’s is kind of far so I want to buy several packs.
Hi there! It looks like they can be frozen for up to 4-6 months, however you may want to pan fry them first before freezing to prevent any change in texture. You can then thaw them in the fridge. Hope this is helpful!
I froze and then thawed them, and they seem identical to fresh ones to me.
Hi Larry! This is a great tip since I don’t always finish all of mine at once. Thank you.🥰
Can I freeze these?
Yes, but you’ll need to do a little prep work first. You’ll need an airtight container and need to take each slice out and pat it down to remove any excess moisture. Once they are completely dry, transfer them to the container and seal the lid to avoid any bacteria. When you are ready to thaw, simply transfer the container from the freezer to the refrigerator and wait overnight for it to defrost. Use the defrosted jicama as soon as possible because they will develop a soggy texture from the melted ice crystals inside.
Omg I love jicama! Great find as always!
We’re in the Boonies here- no Trader Joes, darn. I make wraps using 1.5 ozs grated cheese with around 1 tsp. oat fiber and add seasoning according to what I’m using it for, such as Italian, Mexican, etc. Mix it up really good and microwave it for 20-30 seconds. I use a spatula to turn it into a ball and place it between 2 parchment rounds, then smash it with the tortilla press. Much better than Folio’s. So, when flattened out, it’s ready to eat. The Oat Fiber gives it more substance. It makes a good sized tortilla that stays soft and holds up well.
Thank you for that awesome idea!
Because these are so thin and crisp, I’m thinking they would be a good sub for rice paper spring rolls with a keto Thai dipping sauce. Just wish they were bigger – would not be able to tuck in the ends.

Our Trader Joe’s list them at $4.99 and I note they are highly perishable if not eaten near expire date.
I use them to make one-pan stovetop breakfast quesadilla, among other recipes – a real game changer for keto eaters.
YUM! Thanks for the warning on the quick expiration! Glad you’ve enjoyed these!
