After they portion out the first scoop of chicken (before you let them know you want double chicken), that’s when you should ask for the extra serving on top since they’ll actually double the portion based on the single they just served (trust me on this!).

    Just curious why no beans ? I thought beans were a good source of protein or is that they are 2 high in carbs ? Just curious

      Hi there! If staying keto, it is best to avoid them as they are higher in carbs.
