ratio keto yogurt

You gotta try this keto yogurt!

I’m always on the hunt for a quick and easy keto-friendly breakfast that I can just grab and go. I think I’ve tried almost every low-carb yogurt out there and I’m here to tell ya, Ratio Keto Yogurt is one of the best of the best! There’s no funky aftertaste and the macros hit the sweet spot with just 2g net carbs and 15g fat per serving.

ratio keto yogurt

Ratio Keto Yogurt is available in coconut, black cherry, mango, vanilla, and my favorite, strawberry. You really can’t go wrong with any of the flavors and in my opinion, this is one of the best keto yogurts on the market today. I decided to do a little taste test and let you know what I think about each of the flavors!

Please note that Ratio Keto Yogurt may be considered dirty keto due to the added sucralose. Be sure and check the nutrition info to decide if they are products that would work for your keto lifestyle.

black cherry ratio

Black Cherry Ratio Keto Yogurt

Serving Size: 1 Container | 200 Calories | 15g Fat | 2g Total Carbs | 0g Fiber | 2g Sugar | 15g Protein | 2g Net Carbs

Ingredients: Pasteurized Ultra-Filtered Nonfat Milk, Pasteurized Milk, Milk Fat, Avocado Oil, Natural Flavor, Salt, Sucralose,  Black Carrot Juice, and Blueberry Juice (for color), Cultures (L. bulgaricus, S. thermophilus).

I’m not typically a cherry picker, meaning I typically go for strawberries or coconut flavored items but I have to say this flavor is actually really good. It’s not too tart and delivers a sweet cherry flavor that isn’t over the top. I’d buy it again for sure!

ratio keto yogurt coconut

Coconut Ratio Keto Yogurt

Serving Size: 1 Container | 200 Calories | 15g Fat | 2g Total Carbs | 0g Fiber | 1g Sugar | 15g Protein | 2g Net Carbs

Ingredients: Pasteurized Ultra-Filtered Nonfat Milk, Pasteurized Milk, Milk Fat, Avocado Oil, Salt, Sucralose, Natural Flavor, Cultures (L. bulgaricus, S. thermophilus).

I’m a fan of all things coconut and this flavor delivers that taste I love, plus it feels like I’m having a dessert! I added in a handful of Catalina Crunch Keto Cereal for a little kick of chocolate flavor. Cocoa coconut heaven!

strawberry keto yogurt

Strawberry Ratio Keto Yogurt

Serving Size: 1 Container | 200 Calories | 15g Fat | 2g Total Carbs | 0g Fiber | 1g Sugar | 15g Protein | 2g Net Carbs

Ingredients: Pasteurized Ultra-Filtered Nonfat Milk, Pasteurized Milk, Milk Fat, Avocado Oil, Natural Flavor, Salt, Beet Juice Concentrate (for color), Sucralose, Cultures (L. bulgaricus, S. thermophilus).

This is my favorite of the Ratio yogurts, especially for a great summertime treat. You can even throw in a popsicle stick, then pop the container in the freezer and you’ve got a yummy keto-friendly popsicle to cool you off on a hot day. I will say this is the sweetest of the four flavors I tried, so if you like something a little less bold, then you may want to stick with the vanilla flavor.

ratio vanilla yogurt

Vanilla Ratio Keto Yogurt

Serving Size: 1 Container | 200 Calories | 15g Fat | 2g Total Carbs | 0g Fiber | 1g Sugar | 15g Protein | 2g Net Carbs

Ingredients: Pasteurized Ultra-Filtered Nonfat Milk, Pasteurized Milk, Milk Fat, Avocado Oil, Natural Flavor, Salt, Sucralose, Cultures (L. bulgaricus, S. thermophilus).

I really like this Ratio vanilla keto yogurt, especially for how creamy it is. I will sometimes add a little bit of keto granola and some chopped fresh strawberries to it for a quick and filling low-carb breakfast. You can even throw in ChocZero Chocolate Chips, blueberries, or Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Cereal. This is the flavor I buy most as it’s the easiest to add other things to it to change it up.

ratio nutrition label

Mango Ratio Keto Yogurt

Serving Size: 1 Container | 200 Calories | 15g Fat | 2g Total Carbs | 0g Fiber | 1g Sugar | 15g Protein | 2g Net Carbs

Pasteurized Ultra-Filtered Nonfat Milk, Pasteurized Milk, Milk Fat, Avocado Oil, Salt, Natural Flavor, Sucralose, Cultures (L. bulgaricus, S. thermophilus), Annatto Extract (for color).

Sadly, the mango flavor seems to be super hard to find, at least in my area! I checked at Publix, Walmart, Target, and Sprouts yet I came up empty-handed. It does however have a rating of 4.3 out of 5 stars on Amazon,  so it might be worth trying if you’re able to find it. I’m not much of a mango person but I’d give it a go. You can head to the Ratio website to locate a store near you that has the mango flavor.

Here’s why Stetson LOVES Ratio keto yogurt:

man eating ratio yogurt

“Woooooowwww- this yogurt is sooo good. It’s creamy yet thick, and there’s no weird after-taste. Careful though, once you start eating one you won’t be able to stop. I thoroughly enjoyed this yogurt, its texture is perfect and the taste is even sweeter. I like that all of the flavors are great and not just one of them, which I’ve often found with other yogurt brands, every one of these is a home run.”

Hip2Keto readers are crushing on Ratio too…

“Just happened to find the Ratio yogurt and thinking of the worst, but omg! It’s better than any “regular” yogurt I’ve had, it’s like a thick and creamy dessert! I add the keto-friendly granola and it keeps me satisfied until dinner!”Angie

“Ratio Keto yogurt- specifically coconut and mango are HANDS DOWN the best keto yogurt. Two good is too bitter for my personal taste, but I am also not a fan of greek-style yogurt.” – Kellie

Keto ratio is the best keto yogurt hands down.” – Santanna

  1. nonnadonna

I tried different “flavors” but didn’t find one that I liked. I disliked this so much I threw away unopened containers in the trash can. It has a “medicine” taste and I couldn’t stand it. Very disappointed.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh bummer! Thanks so much for your honest opinion on these, Nonnadonna. Sorry to hear you didn’t care for them.

  2. JerryM

My wife and I LOVE this stuff. We have it for our 8pm desert (last thing we eat for the day). We throw in a few Lily’s chocolate chips for that little something extra! All these flavors are fantastic and yummy!

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

I’m certainly glad to hear this!

    • Brenda

Haha, my husband and I do the same thing!!

  3. kellal01

I love the strawberry flavor! Also like the vanilla, some of the other flavors aren’t the best.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

      Yum! Strawberry sounds great!

  4. Amandalo06

    Black cherry is amazing!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

      Glad you’ve enjoyed that one!

  5. eas

I think this yogurt tastes better after it sits out of the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for some reason.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

      Thank you!

  6. Marlee

    Love the coconut!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Happy you’ve been loving that one, Marlee! Thanks for sharing!😋🙌

  7. Craig

It is not yogurt. General Mills calls it a “dairy snack” – always a red flag.

  8. Deb Whitis

How much lactose ends up in this yogurt? I would like to try it but I’m lactose intolerant. I’m ok with some yogurts…but not others.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hey Deb! We’re not certain on that. Most with lactose intolerance can handle yogurt but everyone is different. Hope that is helpful. 💞

  9. Becky

I absolutely love Ratio yogurt! Just wish they made more flavors

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Happy you’ve been loving it too, Becky! We’ll keep an eye out for any new flavor options! 💖

  10. Carrie

I love this, too, but sucralose is evil and far from healthy. FARRRRRR from it.

  11. Carrie again

I would dare say sucralose is NOT keto. Not everything low carb is keto. Sucralose does give an insulin response (though no blood sugar..there is a difference!). As any keto expert would tell you (google Sucralose along with Dr Berg’s name and Dr Axe is another) it’s the INSULIN that is the problem. You want very minimal insulin!!

    • Claudette (Hip Sidekick)

Hi Carrie. Thank you for your feedback. It is noted that this yogurt may be considered dirty keto due to the added sucralose.

  12. Sandee Sorel-LeDuc

Keto Ratio is delicious. Unfortunately, it has sucralose in it. Sucralose is not the safest sweetener!! Please switch to stevia-a natural sweetener!!!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks for letting us know what you think of them and what sweetener you’d prefer in these, Sandee. Glad you still enjoyed them! ❤️

  13. Doug

Tried vanilla and it was great. Like that the good fat content makes my dietician happy.

    • Trish (Hip Sidekick)

Happy to hear you enjoyed the vanilla, Doug! Hoping you like the other flavors too, if you decide to try them! ❤️

  14. Susie Hewett

Absolutely love this yogurt. It’s my daily breakfast!! I love that it has beet juice, if I’m correct! Anyway, Vanilla is my go to!!

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Yay! So great to know how much you enjoy this yogurt, Susie! 🤗 My mother-in-law isn’t keto and enjoys the vanilla flavor as well, saying it tastes just like a dessert! 🙌💞

  15. Becky Even

This stuff is fabulous…all flavors…PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get rid of the sucralose and carrageenan and it will be absolutely perfect and it will super help your sales! BEST yogurt taste EVER!!!!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Happy you’ve enjoyed each of the flavors, Becky! 🙌❤️ Thanks for the honest review of the ingredients!

  16. Linda

I’m wondering if the Keto Ratio yogurt can be frozen?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hi Linda! 🤗 It sure can! We have a small tip on that under the strawberry flavor above. “Throw in a popsicle stick, then pop the container in the freezer and you’ve got a yummy keto-friendly popsicle to cool you off on a hot day.” Enjoy! 💞
