Keep in mind that some of the sugar alternatives used in these keto candies may knock you out of ketosis. However, we still think these are better options than all the sugar-filled candies available. Also, note that excessive consumption of select artificial sweeteners with sugar alcohols may have a laxative effect (i.e. sorbitol, xylitol, mannitol, erythritol, & maltitol). 💩

It’s easy-peasy!
I don’t even like peanut butter, but those Think keto bars are so delicious!!
We love them too!
Trader Joe’s has a chocolate bar that is only 2 net carbs and it is super yummy. The name is simply lite, no sugar added. Comes in milk and dark chocolate and dark chocolate with almonds. Made with maltitol but taste is good.
Oh cool! Thanks for the suggestion, Rosa! We’ll have to look for that one!
We looooove those bars. I will eat the milk chocolate one for the extra carb, but the dark with almonds is pretty good too. I use these to bake with too!
It’s 2 net carbs/serving, not the whole bar. But they are delicious!
