Now, I’ve been keto for a long while, so maybe I’m forgetting what real chocolate tastes like, but this tasted no different to me.

Check out these 6 Best Sugar-Free Gummy Bears!
I don’t even like peanut butter, but those Think keto bars are so delicious!!
We love them too!
Trader Joe’s has a chocolate bar that is only 2 net carbs and it is super yummy. The name is simply lite, no sugar added. Comes in milk and dark chocolate and dark chocolate with almonds. Made with maltitol but taste is good.
Oh cool! Thanks for the suggestion, Rosa! We’ll have to look for that one!
We looooove those bars. I will eat the milk chocolate one for the extra carb, but the dark with almonds is pretty good too. I use these to bake with too!
It’s 2 net carbs/serving, not the whole bar. But they are delicious!
You mentioned some of these sugars can knock you out of ketosis. Which ones? I thought it was just if I consume too many net carbs in one day. Thanks
