Everything But the Bagel Cheese Ball Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 tbsp Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Directions

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella. When fully incorporated, form into a ball.

Line a plate with plastic wrap and pour half of the seasoning into the center. Place the cheese ball on top and pour remaining half of seasoning on top.

Roll the ball around in the seasoning until it’s fully covered. Feel free to add more seasoning if desired. You can also flatten the ball into a disk for more seasoning surface area and easier dipping.

Place the cheese ball/disk into the fridge for 1 hour or until ready to serve. Serve with parmesan crisps, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, or just eat by the spoonful!

    This was too salty, we did not enjoy. It might be better as a dip all mixed. Might try that today.

      Brooke, I made it as a dip! I used 2 T of seasoning, it is yummy and easy to use with celery, green peppers and an occasional pork rind!

    I went for a dip, instead. I used 2 T of the seasoning and mixed it in with the cream cheese and cheese, it is awesome! I have been stuffing celery, green peppers and an occasional pork rind with it 🙂
