Okay, so Dunkin’ isn’t the best at letting users deduct things like bread in their customizable menu. Instead, I used MyFitness Pal to calculate an English muffin for DD. MyFitnessPal shows the Dunkin Donuts English muffin at:

With that in mind, subtracting for these values (above), each of the breakfast sandwiches minus the muffin, croissant, or bagel all ring in with the same nutrition counts listed at the top for the Wake Up Wraps.

I’m not sure all DD’s have heavy cream. I ordered iced coffee with just heavy cream today and it kicked me out of ketosis. I’m almost certain it was half and half and they just didn’t bother telling me.

Hi Sara! Their flavor shots are unsweetened and sugar free. It appears that Dunkin does have Splenda sweeteners. You could also always bring your own sweetener option.
