      Hey, Cindy! That’s a great question. I’ve looked it up before because I also wanted to try it. Unfortunately, just the medium has 14 carbs. I’m not sure where the carbs are coming from when I look at the ingredients, but they must add something like a filler. Depending on your Keto goals, you’ll have to decide. For me, that’s just too many carbs for a drink.
