Chop the onions and pickles for the sauce, and put them in a small bowl. Add in the mayo, mustard, sugar-free ketchup, monk fruit, and mix all together until smooth. I'd recommend refrigerating this sauce for at least an hour to let the flavors really come together.

Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it browns. Drain the grease if needed. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper, remove from heat.

Place the chopped lettuce in a large bowl. Mix in the onions, pickles, and shredded cheese. This is also when you could add other burger favorites, like tomatoes or bacon.

Divide the salad mixture into 4 bowls and top each with 1/4 cup of ground beef and drizzle with the special Big Mac sauce. Enjoy!

Tips for making the best Keto Big Mac Salad:

  • I recommend making this sauce ahead of time if you can, and then just keep it in the fridge until you’re ready to enjoy. The flavors really come together after a bit of chill time.
  • This recipe is enough to feed 4-6 people but can be doubled to feed more. It also makes a great second-day meal, so don’t hesitate to eat the leftovers for lunch tomorrow (I did!).

My entire family enjoyed this idea, even the non-keto eaters!
