Keto Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup keto-friendly mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 5 oz. crumbled bleu cheese

Directions

Blender (immersion or standard) instructions: Add all ingredients except bleu cheese crumbles into a large mason jar and mix with blender for about 30 seconds. Add bleu cheese crumbles last and do a quick blend.

Non-blender instructions: If you do not have a blender, you can whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl for about 1-2 minutes.

Store in a sealed mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Enjoy!

And might I add, this stuff is way better than store-bought!

    How can I keep this lasting more than a week can I freeze some?

      I wouldn’t recommend freezing this as the dairy may not do well.

    After making this, I prefer using avocado oil, like I use to make my mayonnaise. Olive oil has such a strong flavor. Otherwise, a good abs easy recipe!
