This simple bleu cheese dressing is packed with flavor and is ready in under 10 minutes. With this easy recipe, you’ll be ready to dress up a salad or pour over your favorite low carb veggies in no time!
And might I add, this stuff is way better than store-bought!

- While you can use store-bought mayo as the base, try using our homemade keto mayonnaise! It’s so delicious, nutritious, and low carb.
- I love using my Cuisinart Immersion Blender when making dressings like this bleu cheese. It really blends all of the ingredients together nicely without having to get out my bigger blender.

Delicious and low carb homemade blue cheese dressing that is perfect for salads, steaks, and as a veggie dip.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup keto-friendly mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 5 oz. crumbled bleu cheese

Non-blender instructions: If you do not have a blender, you can whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl for about 1-2 minutes.

How can I keep this lasting more than a week can I freeze some?
I wouldn’t recommend freezing this as the dairy may not do well.
After making this, I prefer using avocado oil, like I use to make my mayonnaise. Olive oil has such a strong flavor. Otherwise, a good abs easy recipe!
