NEW Papa John’s Pizza Bowls are Filling and Only $7.99!
The latest keto pizza creation is here – introducing Papa John’s pizza bowls!
No need to sit out on pizza night!
Let’s face it. When the family is ordering out, you don’t feel like cooking a keto pizza for a party of one. Luckily, pizza just became a whole lot easier because Papa John’s is stepping up their game and joining the crust-free pizza party!

These pizza bowls are all the cheesy tastiness you know and love from pizza along with its toppings, just without the crust. 🍕
The best part?
These pizza bowls are only $7.99 each! The serving size is the entire bowl, but given they are slightly higher in net carbs and they contain around 6g-9g of sugar, you may want to halve the portions. It probably also goes without saying the sugar makes it not the cleanest keto meal. But by cutting the serving in half (half for dinner, half for lunch the next day!) it could work.
So as long as you’re not practicing a strict keto diet, the Papa John’s pizza bowls are definitely worth a try!
There are three delicious Papa John’s pizza bowls to choose from, plus a create-your-own option.
Chicken Alfredo piles on grilled chicken, alfredo sauce, spinach, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes. It’s then topped off with Italian seasoning and a three-cheese blend, which each pizza bowl also featured. This option is the lowest in sugar and net carbs.
Italian Meats Trio combines all the classic options meat lover’s pizzas have. This includes red and alfredo sauces, pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, and some veggies. Our very own Stetson did a taste test on this pizza, but more on that later…
Garden Veggie highlights the veggie pizza toppings we all look forward to, including spinach, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, and banana peppers.
Here’s what Stetson says about the Papa John’s pizza bowl:
“Although it’s just a bowl of toppings, these pizza bowls are definitely filling for a one-person meal! I tried the Italian Meat Trio, and the bowl tasted great. Plus, it’s a very inexpensive meal compared to many fast food options. If you’re carb conscious, this is a yummy and easy dinner idea!”
