    Thank you for posting this! It is always nice to see what other’s are using and are in the know about. I live in an area where it’s pretty rare to get new items especially if they are for a special lifestyle. So unless I see them on a Keto fourm I am left in the dark about the item! I had no clue there were already made pork rind “breadcrumbs.”

    I would add sugar free maple syrup, avocado mayo, avocado oil, pork chops, low carb tortillas, joeseph’s pita bread, nature’s own double the fiber wheat bread (6 carbs/slice) American cheese ( I know, but I like it!) coconut flour
