  • Avoid bread, chips, and cookies.
  • Watch the giant dill pickle as it’s 4 carbs.
  • When in doubt about condiments, ask for mayonnaise (they use Hellman’s).
  • For drinks, stick with water or Diet Coke products.

    Just started Keto and found this site to be very helpful. However, I noticed that JJ’s calculations for carbs don’t appear to be correct. The #7 unwich says it has 11 carbs. However, if you look at the individual ingredients, the max carb count you can get is 2, which is due to the lettuce. I actually discovered that on the JJ’s site before I realized they were available here. Just wanted to give you a heads up.

    Quick heads up. The Jimmy Johns nutrition information states the Jumbo Kosher Dill Pickle is 3 total carbs with 2 grams of fiber, so at 1 net it fits perfectly and is filling.
