If you’re really hungry, you can opt for the Loaded version of the Tortilla Soup. This meal can add up to be a higher carb count as you’re starting with 7g net carbs but if it fits into your macros, it can be a very filling and satisfying meal.

  • Choose any extra proteins (additional cost), bowl (not the shell), no rice, and no beans

Qdoba create your own salad

Keep your meal light by starting with a base of fresh lettuce. The ordering process is the same as creating your own burrito bowl, with the addition of dressing options. Qdoba does offer a Picante Ranch dressing but we found the carb count way too high to include as an option.

If you aren’t interested in the other dressings offered, consider bringing your own single-serve dressing packet to pour on top.

How to order:

  • Select 1 from your protein options (same options as above)
  • Choose any extra proteins (additional cost) & bowl (not the shell)
  • Select dressing:
    • Mexican Caesar Dressing – .5 oz. | Cal: 60 | Fat: 5g | Carbs: 4g (Fiber: 1g, Sugar: 2g) | Protein: 1g
