If you’re really hungry, you can opt for the Loaded version of the Tortilla Soup. This meal can add up to be a higher carb count as you’re starting with 7g net carbs but if it fits into your macros, it can be a very filling and satisfying meal.

This new side dish is another option that’s easy on your wallet. It’s made with fresh, oven-roasted cauliflower and blended with sour cream, fresh cilantro, and pico de gallo. It can be enjoyed on its own as a side dish for about $1.50, or swapped out for traditional rice in any of ODOBA’s entrées.

Keep your meal light by starting with a base of fresh lettuce. The ordering process is the same as creating your own burrito bowl, with the addition of dressing options. Qdoba does offer a Picante Ranch dressing but we found the carb count way too high to include as an option.

If you aren’t interested in the other dressings offered, consider bringing your own single-serve dressing packet to pour on top. Or, who really needs dressing when you can top your salad with guac, salsa, and sour cream?!

    How did you come up w/ the figures for the chicken protein bowl? I’m trying to be as accurate as I can by cross-referencing w/ the QDOBA nutritional guide, but I’m getting negative dietary fiber… Thanks!

      Total carbs in that bowl are 19. Subtract 6 fiber and you come up with 13 net carbs. The breakdown above shows each ingredient and what it adds/takes away from your net carb total.
