How did you come up w/ the figures for the chicken protein bowl? I’m trying to be as accurate as I can by cross-referencing w/ the QDOBA nutritional guide, but I’m getting negative dietary fiber… Thanks!
Total carbs in that bowl are 19. Subtract 6 fiber and you come up with 13 net carbs. The breakdown above shows each ingredient and what it adds/takes away from your net carb total.
How did you calculate the net carbs for the tortilla strips? I’m looking at the Qdoba nutrition facts sheet and it says 9 grams of carbs per serving.
