We checked out Blaze Pizza to see how we could enjoy their menu options while keeping them keto. I have to say, this has to be one of the most keto-friendly restaurants I’ve come across in a long time, especially for a pizza joint! 🍕

We love Blaze Pizza! It is our go to place when we visit Disney Springs. We always order the keto crust with spicy red sauce in the center and the pesto sauce along the crust. So good! The only time I have ever felt great after eating a whole pizza😁

Absolutely love it, eating pizza again. I unfortunately don’t have a Blaze within 60 miles, I did get there pizza’s to make at home but only ordered a 2 pack because you have to eat them within a week. They said they could not sell the crust by themselves, wish they did so folks that leave so far away could load up on them and freeze them. A suggestion. But excellent product, thank you.

I ordered the simple pie with keto crust today for lunch. When I looked up the nutritional facts for the whole pizza. The calories were 660, total fat 31, carbs 20, fiber 9, and protein 66. That’s a total of 11 net carbs. Those toppings should all be zero carbs! The whole crust is 6 net carbs. Where are the other 5 carbs coming from? Anyone know?!?!
Usually, carbs on a pizza are added in from the sauce. Red sauce has less than 1 net carb per serving, but when you add up the servings, you get more. Garlic is the same. Per serving less than one carb, but add up the servings and you’ll get a few carbs. It’s probably the red sauce and garlic adding up to the extra carbs.
Are you sure it’s 6g for the whole crust? Sounds low.
