Close lid, set valve to "sealing", and set Instant Pot timer to 16 minutes on high or manual setting.

Do a quick release. Shred chicken using two forks. Stir sauce and chicken together.

Add shredded cheddar cheese and half of the green onion. Stir and close the lid for a few minutes to melt cheese and let thicken a bit.

So many ways to serve this chicken!
You can serve it over zucchini noodles, or over cauliflower rice, and it’s even delicious over steamed broccoli! If anyone in your family isn’t eating low carb, they can have this served as a yummy sandwich with a bun. It can be adapted for everyone in the family!
I don’t ever use tarragon for any of my recipes and don’t want to go buy it just for this. Do you think it would still turn out okay without it? Or is there anything I can put in to replace it?
Hi Anna, You can use rosemary or dill instead! Or omit…Thanks !
Have you tried making this in bulk and freezing it?
I have not, but if you do let us know how it goes! ❤️
Tried this in the crockpot tonight and it was good! I added dried oregano because I didn’t have any tarragon and thought the flavor turned out great. I also misread the directions and added the bacon in the beginning and it turned out fine! We still garnished with a little more bacon at the end too. Served over rigatoni for my husband and kids and steamed broccoli for me. Will make again!
That’s so great Stacy! Yay- and thanks for sharing!
hello , this can also be made in crock pot
Yes! That’s correct! You can find that tip above as well! Just cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours, or on LOW for 6-8 hours.
This was the meal that convinced my husband to join me on my Keto diet now e both love all things Keto!
That’s awesome! Yum this is a good one – thanks for sharing Valencia!
Everyone in our family of 6 loves this!! Sone eat it in a tortilla wrap, others on a bun, and I love it over cauliflower rice. So yummy!
That’s so great to hear!
Could this be done with frozen chicken tenders?
Yes! That should work as well! That would need a cook time of about 25 minutes. Hope that helps!
I️ made this in my InstantPot and served over pan fried cauliflower rice. It tasted awesome and was & easy to make. Oh yeah, and I️ used the precooked bacon to make it even easier and that turned out just fine.
Nice! Thanks for sharing that with us 😍
How long did you do it in the IP? Thanks in advance!
Sorry, my bad…in the instructions lol
No problem! I’m glad you got it figured out.
