Easy 3-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Queso Dip | Yummy Keto Appetizer Idea
This keto cottage cheese queso dip comes together in a cinch.
You don’t have to give up comfort food or party dishes when going low carb. There are plenty of keto appetizers and snacks that you can enjoy!
I recently made this cottage cheese dip and it satisfied my need for a creamy, cheesy, and flavorful dip. It’s also super simple to make with common ingredients that you probably already have in your fridge or pantry!
It’s perfect to eat alone at home, but you can also serve it at any party, potluck, or cookout.
Tips for making low carb cottage cheese queso dip:
- Heat in intervals using your microwave. I stirred mine every 15-20 seconds to get the creamy texture.
- I enjoyed dipping pork rinds and keto tortillas, but you can also serve this dip with keto vegetables.
- I used Pepper Jack and a bit of cheddar cheese, but you can customize your dip by using your favorite cheese varieties. You could even spice things up by adding in some chopped green chilis, queso asadero or another Mexican cheese, a little paprika, and cayenne pepper.
