If you haven’t met Max yet, you need to!

You might be asking what the heck I’m talking about. 😂 I’m talking about the Max Mallow Sugar-Free Marshmallows by Know Brainer! These little keto marshmallows are fueled with ingredients like collagen and MCT oil and they are so delicious. Even better, they’re now available in-store and online at Walmart.com!

keto marshmallows

If you’re searching for something to add to your keto hot chocolate or make keto rice krispie treats, look no further than these tasty marshmallows. I also like to have a couple of these keto marshmallows after dinner to help with dessert cravings. 😉

For most flavors, a whole bag is only 90 calories…but even though it’s tempting, I would not recommend eating a whole bag in one sitting. It may cause some tummy issues. 😬

If you’re a fan of marshmallows, these are as close to the real thing with a similar texture and taste. They aren’t like traditional marshmallows that are filled with pure sugar and other junk. They fit a keto or paleo diet and they’re diabetic-friendly too!

We’re crazy about the flavors of these keto marshmallows!

max mallow sugar free cinnamon toast flavor on counter

These tasty Max Mallow keto marshmallows are available in 5 flavors: Mint Chip, Cinnamon Toast, Classic Vanilla, Lightning Vanilla, and Burnt Caramel!

The Classic Vanilla marshmallow flavor is spot on! I was excited to try the Cinnamon Toast marshmallow but was a little disappointed as there was not a very strong cinnamon taste. The flavor was pretty close to the Vanilla option. That being said, these marshmallows are still a Hip2Keto favorite. Know Brainer sometimes releases limited-edition flavors, so keep your eyes out for new products.

The nutrition labels fit the bill for a keto-friendly diet.

One of the hardest things about Keto is that nearly all of the “Keto” sweeteners are corn based – I’m allergic! I miss marshmallows!!

So sorry to hear that. ❤️

$5.50 for 6 marshmallows? Are you kidding?!

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Hey there Eric! When checking the nutrition details on these, I’m seeing there are 6 servings per container, with the serving size being 2 marshmallows – so the count would be around 12 per 3.4 oz bag. They also feature MCT oil and collagen for added nutritional benefits. Hoping this is helpful! ❤️
