We Love ALDI’s Edam Cheese (It’s So Creamy!)

We love cheese!
One of our keto team favorites here at Hip2Keto is ALDI’s Specially Selected Edam Cheese. Better yet, you can score it for under $3 per 7oz wheel (great price!). This cheese is a semi-hard cheese with a sweet, mellow nutty flavor – it’s so creamy, too!
Don’t have an ALDI nearby? You can also find other brands of Edam cheese out there, such as Mini Babybel cheese which comes in individually wrapped packages and is sold at most grocery stores.
With 100 calories, 8 grams of fat, 8 grams of protein, and ZERO carbohydrates per ounce, ALDI’s Specially Selected Edam Cheese is a great way to pack in the protein and get some calcium, too.
Check out this review from a Hip2Keto sidekick…
“I love this cheese from ALDI. I buy it every time I’m there and it tastes more expensive than it is – and it’s packaged in wax so it looks fancy on a cheese board. I think it’s $2.99 for the little wheel of it. And it’s really good – super mild flavor and creamy, but firm. I disagree with the serving suggestion (my boyfriend and I split it).” – Emily
And no, we’re not getting paid to post about ALDI’s Specially Selected Edam Cheese. We just love their cheese and want to share with you!
