What if everything you’ve been told about how to eat wasn’t true?

That’s the basis of The Magic Pill, an award-winning keto documentary that follows doctors, patients, scientists, chefs, farmers, and journalists from around the globe who are combating illness through a paradigm shift in eating. What’s the shift? High-fat, low-carb, also known as the keto diet.

What makes this documentary so compelling is that it focuses on real people who are struggling with common health issues like so many people in the world. By adopting a fat-fueled lifestyle, their ailments begin to dissipate, resulting in improved health, weight loss, and disease risk reduction.

On top of that, this film will help you craft smarter grocery lists and gives watchers meal planning ideas by leaning toward healthy fat foods and away from processed junk! Remember, fat is not the enemy!

“This movie was so eye-opening to me. It made me feel like I was poisoning my children by continuing to buy sugary drinks and carby foods. It really changed the way I shopped and prepared foods for my family. I think anything you can do to cut back is huge.” – Michelle at Hip2Keto

So clear your schedule for an hour and a half, grab some keto-friendly snacks, and tune in to this life-changing movie that demonstrates all the good that keto can do for you!

You can watch the full length of The Magic Pill, a very enlightening documentary, at no cost on YouTube. The documentary is in English with captions in Spanish. I was unable to get rid of the captions, but they didn’t interfere with my viewing! This documentary got me started on keto last summer and it’s incredible how much we’ve been led to believe is wrong and the motives are scary!
