Tips for making low-carb cream cheese roll-ups (a.k.a. keto pinwheels):
- Chop your red and green peppers into small pieces for the best presentation.
- Let cream cheese sit out at room temperature for about 15 minutes to soften. This will make it easier to mix and spread your pinwheel filling.
- Serving in the shape of a tree for the holidays? Make your keto pinwheels green by using a keto spinach wrap instead of the tortilla.
- Avoid making these Christmas pinwheels more than a day in advance as they may turn soggy.
