Keto 6 Layer Dip | Easy Low Carb Appetizer for Game Day
Make this keto-friendly 6 layer dip on Game Day!
A really good dip is one of my guilty pleasures. Now that I’m living low carb, I decided to whip up a version that I don’t have to feel guilty about!
If you’re a fan of layer dips, give my 6-layer version a try. It’s a perfect low-carb keto appetizer for parties and potlucks and it’s bound to be a touchdown on Game Day. It’s a little like keto taco dip and you can even customize it to your tastes. Yum!
Tips on how to make 6 layer dip:
- Customize the layers to use more of what you love and less of what you like the least. Other layer ideas could include red onion, diced peppers, cottage cheese, or avocado slices. You could even mix in some cream cheese to the sour cream for extra healthy keto fats.
- Serve the dip with low-carb chips. Buy your favorite brand or make your own by microwaving a keto tortilla and slicing it into triangles. You can also use pork rinds and keto vegetables as dippers.
- If you want to nix the adding fillers that can come with store-bought taco seasoning, give our homemade keto taco seasoning recipe a try!
- Our keto 6-layer dip is vegetarian, but you could add a layer of cooked and crumbled ground beef, if desired.
