Ingredients

  • 4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into chicken tenders
  • 3/4 cup almond meal/flour
  • 1 teaspoons paprika, ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Using a small paper bag or Ziploc bag, shake seasoning and almond meal together.

Place chicken tenders in bag and shake until well coated (I recommend only placing 1-2 chicken tenders at a time in the bag).

For crispier chicken, spray cooking spray on each piece of chicken before placing in the oven.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
