Oreos used to be one of my absolute favorite cookies before I started saying NO WAY to sugar. They were practically a main food group through both of my pregnancies (thinking back to how many I ate makes me cringe a little), but no matter how tasty they are, they’re just not worth the exorbitant amount of carbs they contain.
Head’s up! These keto cookies do contain a tiny bit of cane sugar, so they are what we’d consider “dirty keto”, but we still think they’re a great low-carb dessert option when consumed in reasonable amounts.
When I tried Catalina Crunch Keto Sandwich Cookies for the first time, I was immediately taken back to those good ol’ Oreo days and was in total awe of how delicious they were, especially for being so low-carb! These keto Oreo dupes are seriously so close to the real deal!

I thought the peanut butter flavor would hands-down be my favorite, but I was quite impressed with the chocolate mint flavor. My son, however, has been trying to sneak as many peanut butter cookie sandwiches as he can without me noticing so we’ll definitely be ordering more of these low-carb treats!
Are these keto cookies worth the $10 price tag?
Catalina Crunch Keto Sandwich Cookies aren’t the cheapest cookies around, but there really isn’t anything else on the low-carb market that comes as close to real Oreo’s as these delicious things do, so they are worth the price in my opinion. I don’t know what magic Catalina Crunch worked in the kitchen, but I’m forever grateful for these yummy, low-carb Oreo dupes!
