Ha!!! Collin, you are too funny;) I have been known to overindulge myself! The almond bar is my favorite! But I also just grab handfuls of the chips:)

Lily’s chocolate bars are AMAZING and has made it so much easier for me to adjust to this Keto way of eating! It’s really hard for me to limit myself when I open a new bar, so I discovered if I cut the bar into the small little rectangles, then put them in a small Tupperware container in my fridge, I will take 2 small rectangles out after dinner to savor. It keeps me from wolfing down the whole bar if it’s in front of me. I also use the Lily’s chocolate chips when I make vanilla mug cake. Just sprinkle a few chips on while the cake is still hot out of the microwave. Perfection!

Important to note that the nutrition listed is for half a bar, not the whole thing. I often buy the chocolate chips and grab some when I’m craving chocolate but you definitely have to watch the servings, it’s very easy to overdo it.

I ordered these a while back from Amazon. My regular go-to chocolate had been Lindt 70% or 85% dark chocolate. Imagine my surprise…both of the Lindt bars had fewer carbs than the Lily’s. I only needed 2 squares of the Lindt anyway (half a serving) so it works out way better.
