Yes!! I’ve been doing that “peanut butter cup” for a long time. Tip – use a little less peanut butter so youhave more of the chocolate taste coming through! ๐ While not Keto, that combo is also yummy on apples with cinnamon sprinkled on top…then dip in pb and put on some choc chips! ๐
Best pb we use:
1. Santa Cruz Organic – crunchy dark roasted – no sugar but adds a bit of salt. Super good!
2. Costco’s Organic pb (Kirkland) – made with Valencia peanuts so not need to worry about mold issues in the storage of peanuts before it is processed and they only grow in hot dry climate; No sugar; added sea salt.
I prefer the taste of #1 better on it’s own. I use #2 in smoothies with unsweetened almond milk, raw organic cacao. stevia/pure monkfruit (no added erythritol) , Collagen powder and green power (which you cannot taste) ๐ Yummy and nutritious!!
There you have it! ๐
Enjoy!! ๐
Thank you so much for your tips and for sharing your favorite peanut butters!๐ค It seems this feedback may have been meant for different posts? We sure appreciate hearing from you, Shirley! ๐ฉทโค๏ธThanks again!
