Hi. I do not understand how these are keto friendly since 1 can of the Orange soda has 18g of carbs. Could someone please help me understand? I am new to keto and I am doing it for weightloss. Thank you.

Hi Terry! The 18 grams of carbs comes from Erythritol which is a sugar alcohol. When calculating for Net Carbs, you subtract the Carbs minus Fiber minus Sugar Alcohols equals Net Carbs, being 0g for these sodas. Erythritol is a great keto sweetener as it tastes delicious and doesn’t cause blood sugar spikes!

How do these taste? Please help I need a review. I’ve tried Zevia and hated it.
