keto savory fat bombs

This keto snack is the bomb!

Looking for something to munch on that is not only low carb, but is also savory and packed with delicious, healthy fats? Today I am sharing with you my recipe for keto cream cheese fat bombs! They are great to make in advance for a quick keto snack to grab on the go or to serve as an appetizer at your next get together.

Keto Cream Cheese Fat Bombs

What is a fat bomb?

Fat bombs are known in the keto world as a small bite of high fats mixed with protein. Usually, fat bombs are made with dairy or coconut milk and can be made savory or sweet. Plus, you can pretty much eat them for breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner if you really want to.

To appease all palettes, I made two different cream cheese fat bomb recipes: dill pickle bacon fat bombs, and bacon jalapeño fat bombs! It’s super easy to switch out ingredients to create a whole new fat bomb. I literally could come up with 30 different versions but I’ll save those for later. 😉

Tips for making the best savory keto cream cheese fat bombs:

  • Store these keto-friendly fat bombs in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
  • I made fresh bacon crumbles but if you have a bag of pre crumbled bacon, you can use that as well.

My team member, Jenna, gave this recipe a test for me, and here’s what she had to say:

“These turned out SO GREAT! They are easy to make and even easier to eat. 😉 The flavors of both are so good and I have eaten way too many in the past 24 hours lol. Such yummy ingredients and nothing that needs to be altered! The consistency is great and they hold up so well after being refrigerated! Both flavors are unique, and each amazing in their own way. Perfect creations, Ashley! I did have one problem, I couldn’t stop eating them, they are THAT good. 😋
