Easy Keto Cream Cheese Fat Bombs — Dill Pickle Bacon & Bacon Jalapeño Variations

Looking for something to munch on that is not only low carb, but is also savory and packed with delicious, healthy fats? Today I am sharing with you my recipe for keto cream cheese fat bombs! They are great to make in advance for a quick keto snack to grab on the go or to serve as an appetizer at your next get together.
What is a fat bomb?
Fat bombs are known in the keto world as a small bite of high fats mixed with protein. Usually, fat bombs are made with dairy or coconut milk and can be made savory or sweet. Plus, you can pretty much eat them for breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner if you really want to.
To appease all palettes, I made two different cream cheese fat bomb recipes: dill pickle bacon fat bombs, and bacon jalapeño fat bombs! It’s super easy to switch out ingredients to create a whole new fat bomb. I literally could come up with 30 different versions but I’ll save those for later. 😉
Tips for making the best savory keto cream cheese fat bombs:
- Store these keto-friendly fat bombs in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
- I made fresh bacon crumbles but if you have a bag of pre-crumbled bacon, you can use that as well.
- I use a small ice cream scooper to make my fat bombs. It’s the perfect size for an individual fat bomb.
Savory Cream Cheese Fat Bombs

Rich and flavorful cream cheese based fat bombs with savory filling options.
Ingredients
Dill Pickle Bacon Fat Bombs:
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 tablespoon scallions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon bacon grease, melted but not hot
- 5 strips of bacon or 1/2 cup bacon crumbles
Bacon Jalapeño Fat Bomb:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon scallions, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons jalapeños, diced
- 5 strips of bacon or 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
- 1 tablespoon bacon grease, melted but not hot
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions

In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients for the fat bomb of your choice until everything is combined.

Scoop out fat bombs and place them on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Store fat bombs in a container in the refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy.
