Keto Oreo Cookie Balls

Directions

Crush or blend 10 keto cookies in a bowl. Set rest of cookies aside for the crumble topping.

Mix the softened cream cheese into the bowl of crushed cookies.

Roll cookie mixture into balls (makes about 9) and place onto non-stick parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Remove from refrigerator and add a cookie stick to each ball.

Take remaining cookies and remove the filling. In a small bowl, crush the cookies into crumbs.

Microwave Duncan Hines Keto Frosting in 10-second intervals until slightly melted.

Dip each cookie ball into the frosting and then coat with crumble topping.

Place back on the parchment paper. Refrigerate until set and ready to eat. Enjoy!

Not me! Just because I’m eating low carb, doesn’t mean I don’t have a sweet tooth. The last time I had a craving for some chocolate, I tried making this keto Oreo balls recipe and it was so tasty, I had to share!

High Key Sandwich Cookies

You can prep these 3-ingredient Keto Oreo Balls in 5 minutes or less. 

This no-bake keto Oreo balls recipe melts in your mouth like truffles. 😋 And you won’t believe how fast and simple it is to make this low carb dessert!

It all starts with your favorite keto sandwich cookie. I used HighKey cookies in mine, but any keto sandwich cookie will also work, like Catalina Crunch or Dunkies.

The prep time to make these cookie pops is 5 minutes or less. Plus, you don’t need to bake them in the oven. You simply pop them into the refrigerator to set – easy-peasy!
