Tips for making keto cottage cheese chips in the oven:

  • I made cottage cheese Everything Bagel chips, but you can use a different seasoning if you prefer. Experiment with adding different herbs and spices like parsley, black pepper, and more!
  • You can also shake up the recipe by adding a different type of cheese topper. I used sharp cheddar, but to add variety, try making these low carb chips with another one of your favorite cheeses.
  • Make sure to use a full-fat cottage cheese not only for its keto-friendliness, but it will also crisps the chips quicker due to having less moisture content.
  • To avoid spreading, you can bake these chips in a muffin tin. Even better, this recipe yields 12 chips so a muffin tin helps with perfect portioning.
  • This recipe can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator, but the chips will lose their crispiness. Just pop them into the air fryer for a few minutes to revive their crunch.

You didn’t list the temperature and you said in the Tips that you should use cream cheese. Can you update the recipe?

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Whoops! Thanks for catching that, Tony. We’ve updated the wording in the post – as that’s supposed to be fuller-fat cottage cheese. 🤗 The oven temperature is 375 degrees. Enjoy! 💕
