I’ve been cutting down on my net carbs lately and recently whipped up a batch of this low carb bark. Not only was it super simple to make, but the recipe is a total keeper! 😋
Since it’s Autumn, I made my version into a keto pumpkin bark and I think it’s a perfect low carb snack or dessert for the fall and winter seasons!
The best part of this keto pumpkin bark recipe is that there is no baking required!
This low carb recipe truly couldn’t be easier to create. The prep time is just a few short minutes. You simply mix yogurt with pumpkin, spread the mixture onto parchment paper, and then top the mixture with nuts and keto-friendly milk chocolate.
Pop this concoction into the freezer and in about 3 hours you’ll have a yummy keto dessert or snack to munch on.

Mix the keto vanilla yogurt with the canned pure pumpkin purée.

Spread mixture onto non-stick parchment paper.

Add chopped pecans & keto milk chocolate chips (amount as desired).

Place in freezer and freeze for 3 hours.

Break apart the bark and enjoy! Any leftovers can be stored in the freezer in a sealed container.
