IMPORTANT NOTE:

We get that everyone does keto in their own way. With that said, the low-carb candy options below are just suggestions and we encourage you to do what works best for you!

Keep in mind that some of the sugar alternatives used in these candies may knock you out of ketosis. However, we still think these are better options than all the sugar-filled candies available. Also, note that excessive consumption of select artificial sweeteners with sugar alcohols may have a laxative effect (i.e. sorbitol, xylitol, mannitol, erythritol, & maltitol). 💩

I don’t even like peanut butter, but those Think keto bars are so delicious!!

    • sbaggett

      We love them too!

  2. Rosa

Trader Joe’s has a chocolate bar that is only 2 net carbs and it is super yummy. The name is simply lite, no sugar added. Comes in milk and dark chocolate and dark chocolate with almonds. Made with maltitol but taste is good.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh cool! Thanks for the suggestion, Rosa! We’ll have to look for that one!

    • yonawrites

We looooove those bars. I will eat the milk chocolate one for the extra carb, but the dark with almonds is pretty good too. I use these to bake with too!

    • KayleighW

It’s 2 net carbs/serving, not the whole bar. But they are delicious!

  3. wiscomom

You mentioned some of these sugars can knock you out of ketosis. Which ones? I thought it was just if I consume too many net carbs in one day. Thanks
