What Should I Order at Taco Bell? Keto Dining Guide

Taco Bell offers a pretty basic nutrition and dining guide, but it helps even more to have a little keto help from someone who’s been where you are. The only bummer with Taco Bell is that you can customize menus for calories, but not for carbohydrates (I’ve had issues in both the app and on their website). Because of this, I’ve calculated the macros within MyFitnessPal based on information other users have shared. That said, when in doubt, please run your own macros to doublecheck, just to be safe!

The basics of successful Taco Bell’s ordering:

  • Avoid rice, wraps, tortillas, chips, beans, and corn.
  • When in doubt, leave it out.
  • For drinks, stick with water, unsweetened iced tea, or Diet Pepsi products.

This is one breakfast in a bowl I can get behind! It comes with scrambled eggs, your choice of meat, shredded cheese, nacho cheese sauce, pico de gallo, and sour cream — pretty much anything you would hope for from an on-the-go keto breakfast!
