Tips for making no-bake keto protein balls:

  • If the keto protein ball mix seems to not stick together, add an extra 1 to 3 teaspoons of water.
  • I’m a peanut butter AND a chocolate fan so adding in those keto-sweetened chocolate chips is a must (well, at least for me it is!). ChocZero no-sugar-added chocolate chips are my go-to 😋, but any keto or sugar-free chocolate chips will work for this recipe.

    I do not have the choc 0 syrup but I do have other syrups. Which one can I use in exchange? These look yummy!

    I made today and they were easy and quite tasty. I didn’t have the ChocZero syrup but got Walden Farms Chocolate Dip at Sprouts that is zero carbs/calories. I didn’t have hemp hearts but used hemp seeds instead. They turned out wonderful and even my husband loved them. He wouldn’t eat hemp seed, flax seeds, or chia seeds if I held him down and forced him, and he loved them. BTW, I used almond butter rather than peanut butter.
