Easy Cheese Crisps Keto Snack - finished crackers with cream cheese

This snack idea could not be easier, and they turn out crispy!

You could plate these up nicely, but honestly, why bother! You’ll have an eager crowd gathered around the counter as soon as they come out of the oven, so just serve them straight off the pan. They’ll be gone quickly!

I love you!!! These are so good and easy. I dipped mine in salsa and it’s really helped me with my cravings. My only question is, can these “crackers” be stored in the fridge or cabinet? This is only an issue if I don’t eat them at once!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for the sweet comment, Meg! 😉 They should be fine for a day or two on the counter, in a loosely-sealed bag. Hope that helps!

  2. Susan

I shred cheddar cheese, bake it the same way and dip in sour cream.

    How large are the squares?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hi there! Depending on the cheese slices you choose, they should be around 1″x1″. Hope that helps!

  5. JC

I followed the directions exactly, and at the end of 5 minutes I had an entire full cookie sheet of cheese… They all melted together? What did I do wrong?

    • Angie (Hip2Keto Sidekick)

Hi JC! Darn so sorry to hear. What kind of cheese did you use?

  6. Kara

Wonderful, crispy, amazing. Definitely better fresh. I let them rest on a paper towel for a few minutes so they’d be less greasy. These are really good!

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Yay! I’m so glad you love these, Kara! Thanks for stopping by!

  7. Melissa Cunha

Mine didn’t turn out! Do you spray the parchment paper? Take them off hot?

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

You don’t need to spray the parchment paper and you do let them cool before removing them. I hope you give it another try!
