Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken or turkey
- 1/2 cup buffalo chicken wing sauce
- 4 medium-sized zucchini
- 1 cup Italian blend cheese, shredded
- Optional toppings: chopped green onions, crumbled bleu cheese, chopped celery
