Best 2-ingredient air fryer wings that are naturally keto-friendly!

best keto wing recipe - held in Lina's hand

Love crispy chicken wings?

Consider making them in the air fryer! These chicken wings are the best, especially for keto. Not only do they turn out crispier than in the oven, but it also takes a lot less cooking time, too. Plus, you only need two ingredients!

This idea couldn’t be easier and is a must-try meal or snack. Out of all the foods I’ve cooked using my air fryer, this is for sure one of my favorites!

air fryer chicken wings – in the air fryer

Just two main ingredients are all you need.

I buy the big bag of Costco frozen chicken wings and then thaw out a dozen at a time when we want to have wings. All I essentially do is salt and pepper the wings, cook them, and then toss with Frank’s wing sauce. It’s that simple! I also spray them using this olive oil sprayer right before cooking, for extra crispy wings.

My husband loves wings. I skip the salt and pepper; and my sauce is always equal parts butter and Franks original buffalo wing sauce. To increase the heat just use more Frank’s than the amount of butter. So easy and as good as restaurant wings…or better!

Awesome! We agree – Air Fryer wings are yum!

Franks & butter and a half teaspoon of peanut butter ,put all the ingredients in a large bowl & when the wings are done put wings in bowl and shake to coat the wings ( the heat from the wings melt the butter and peanut butter) , after coating the wings, dip in blue cheese …..don’t do anything differently and add anything else , blue cheese is the only thing you should ever dip a chicken wing in , do not add any other flavoring ever

    • MW

Um, peanut butter? That sounds so bizarre, and yet, here I am planning to try that out ASAP. I am half scared that you’re kidding, and half scared my life will be changed forever.

Very Europian. Peanut sauce very popular.
