Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  3. Season shredded cheese with cumin.
  4. Make 6 small circles of cheese on the baking mat. Bake for about 6 minutes until edges are browned.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute or two.
  6. In a small bowl, mix wing sauce with warmed up, shredded chicken.
  7. While still warm and bendable, flip shells over, add shredded chicken to the middle and roll it up. Continue with each of them. Place on a plate.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired. Makes 6 taquitos. Nutritional information is for one tacquito.
