Simple keto breaded sausage cheese balls as a tasty appetizer or breakfast.
Ingredients
- 16 oz. ground breakfast sausage (hot or mild)
- 9.4 oz. keto-friendly biscuit mix (such as Livlo)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.

To a stand mixer, add in the sausage, biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir on low until the mixture is combined.

Use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to roll out the sausage balls and place them on the baking sheet. This recipe makes about 38 sausage balls.

Bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes until browned and cooked through. Tip: I used an instant-read meat thermometer to make sure these were cooked to 165 degrees.
