Mmm cheesecake!
I love a good keto cheesecake, but I just don’t always have the time to whip one up from scratch. Enlightened has done all of the hard work with these yummy keto cheesecakes. I also love that they come in just the right portion so you don’t have to worry about what I call portion distortion (i.e. when my slice of cheesecake is giant and I pretend like it’s a serving! 😬)
Even better, they have five different flavors to choose from including classic, strawberry, pumpkin, caramel chocolate, and chocolate. YES PLEASE!
These delectable cheesecakes have an almond flour crust and are ready to eat in just minutes. I love that there’s no added sugar and they are gluten-free, too!
Ingredients: cream, milk, erythritol, eggs, allulose, almonds, butter, coconut, strawberries, whey protein concentrate, natural flavors, salt, modified corn starch, lemon juice concentrate, carom bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan, cellulose gel, cellulose gum, xantham gum, fruit & vegetable juice, cheese culture, sodium citrate, bacterial culture, and monk fruit extract.
We realize that some may consider these desserts to be dirty keto due to the modified corn starch, so please keep that in mind when deciding if these cups are something you want to add to your dessert options.
