The Cheesecake Factory Menu is a whopping 21 pages long with over 250 different items. 😲 Trying to navigate through the menu to find low-carb and keto options can be downright overwhelming! However, we’ve got ya covered with six of the best keto meals that you can order to help you stay low carb while enjoying a delicious Cheesecake Factory dish.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the exact nutritional breakdown for each item when modifying it to be keto. Still, these are low-carb options that we think are the best based on their nutritional guide.

We sent Stetson to try these Cheesecake Factory keto meals and here’s what he had to say…

All that being said, here’s a basic guide you can follow to keep things keto:

Avoid breading, buns, or anything fried even if it sounds like it would be keto.
Avoid any extra sauces or order them on the side.
Even if something is listed as “low-carb,” always double-check before ordering.

Appetizers are often full of tempting carbs, but not this one!
Edamame is simply steamed soybeans, and when you add a little salt, they make a tasty appetizer that even your non-keto dinner companions will love. The Cheesecake Factory’s edamame appetizer contains only 8g net carbs, so you won’t have to worry about going over your daily limit–especially when sharing with others!

Soy beans? On keto?! Yes! Due to the fiber count, the net carbs of edamame are pretty moderate so keto eaters can enjoy this tasty app without totally blowing their daily net carb count!

Or try the stuffed mushrooms if you want to splurge…

So this appetizer clocks in at 15g net carbs which is kind of high for one appetizer, but assuming you’re splitting this between at least two people, ~7g net carbs per person is pretty doable.

Unlike a lot of other stuffed mushroom recipes, these aren’t made with breadcrumbs, yay! They stuff them with Fontina and Parmesan cheeses & garlic and then top them with a white wine sauce so you get all the flavor without the added carbs. Just note there are some added sugars so if you’re trying to stick to strict keto, you’ll want to avoid this dish.

Chipless Nachos are an unconventional but delicious keto swap.

Keep your nachos low carb by opting for lettuce instead of chips! I’ve ordered nachos this way at various restaurants and let me tell you, it’s still a yummy meal even without the chips. Just use a fork and dig in!

The chef might question the lettuce substitute, so just politely let them know you take full responsibility for the outcome of swapping the chips for lettuce. This is a delicious low carb meal that you can order just about anywhere that sells nachos.

Here’s how to order low-carb nachos at any restaurant…

“I’d like to order the nachos, and instead of the chips, can you place the nacho toppings on a bed of shredded lettuce and add extra meat/cheese?”

Or you can opt for a yummy salad (with dressing on the side, of course).

Salads are usually a pretty safe bet when it comes to the keto diet, and as long as you stick with simple ingredients, you’ll be good to go!

The Cheesecake Factory’s Tossed Green Salad is keto as long as you nix the croutons, and you can enjoy some other salads as well with a few tweaks. Order the Greek salad with vinaigrette on the side, or order the Factory Chopped Salad without corn or apple and get the vinaigrette on the side as well.

Unfortunately, we can’t get the exact net carb breakdown for each salad since the nutritional info includes dressings, croutons, etc. However, the Tossed Green Salad only contains 10g net carbs even with the croutons, so simply leave those out and the carb count will drop quite a bit. 🙌

Get omelettes for breakfast or dinner.

Now, this is a low-carb meal I can get behind—I sure do love breakfast for dinner!
Did you know that the Cheesecake Factory serves egg dishes all day?! If you love breakfast, it’s a no-brainer to order a low-carb omelette. Yep, even for dinner!

The delicious spinach, mushroom, bacon, and cheese omelette has just 6g of net carbs. The California omelette packed with avocado, mushrooms, tomato, shallots, sour cream, jack cheese, & more has only 8g net carbs, so both are wonderful options when you’re craving a savory and filling meal.

California Omelette Nutrition Info: 1140 Calories | 96g Fat | 11g Total Carbs | 3g Fiber | 4g Sugar | 57g Protein | 8g Net Carbs

Prefer something a little more simple? A plain omelette with bacon contains only 2g net carbs!
Note that the omelette comes with a side of breakfast potatoes, however, you can choose tomato slices or you can order green beans (or a different lower-carb vegetable) as Stetson did.

Craving steak instead? Try these dishes to get your red meat fix.

The steaks on the Cheesecake Factory menu are generally pretty easy to enjoy with a few swaps! Most of the time, you can substitute one of the starchy sides for a different vegetable or even a side salad (although there may be an upcharge for that).

The Chargrilled New York Steak, Grilled Rib-Eye Steak, and Filet Mignon all come with mashed potatoes and your choice of vegetable, so just swap the potatoes for another vegetable. For the Carne Asada Steak (pictured above), ask them to replace the corn with a different veggie and order a side salad instead of the rice.

If you’re looking for a sandwich, the Bacon-Bacon Cheeseburger is the way to go!

Order a hamburger with bacon and cheese, ask them to hold the bun and the special sauce! Pair it with a side of veggies or side salad for a filling low-carb lunch or dinner.

This is a great option to keep in mind for just about any restaurant that sells burgers—just remember to always skip any added sauces as they pack on additional carbs.

The Tuscan Chicken dinner is your safest low-carb bet when ordering chicken.

Chicken can be a tricky main dish to order at The Cheesecake Factory since so many of the options come with extra sauces that make getting an accurate carb count pretty difficult.

Luckily, the Tuscan Chicken features grilled chicken breast with tomatoes, artichokes, capers, fresh basil, and balsamic vinaigrette served over fresh vegetables and farro (whole grains). It has around 14g of net carbs, so ask for no farrow to bring your carb count down.

While The Cheesecake Factory menu has a slice of cheesecake that claims to be low carb, it’s really not, and if you want to keep it keto then avoid this dessert (even though it looks OMG incredibly yummy). It clocks in at 42g total carbs with 10g of fiber for a total of 32g net carbs. 🤯
