  1. Dana

Sola bread has maltitol in it which raises blood sugar, so be careful.

    • Barbara

I have eaten this bread and it has never raised my blood sugar. It is very good on sandwiches and toasted.

  2. Wendy

It also contains wheat. This would be ok for lazy or dirty keto but not for those who are strict about ingredients.

  3. LYDI PAYNE

I found it yesterday and we toasted it with butter and garlic salt to eat with our yummy soybean spaghetti! It was fantastic! My son loved it and didn’t even know the difference! I bought 4 loaves and buns! My husband is diabetic and it didn’t mess with his Blood sugar!

Yay! That’s great to hear! So happy everyone could enjoy it!
